We are a friendly, grassroots club dedicated to introducing young athletes to the exciting world of triathlon.Whether your child is looking to compete or just wants to stay active and make new friends, we offer a safe, supportive environment to master the basics of swimming, cycling, and running. No fancy gear required—just enthusiasm!

We are a dedicated club for young athletes aged 8-16. Our mission is simple: to provide a safe, fun, and inclusive environment where kids can learn the fundamentals of swimming, cycling, and running.
We welcome all abilities, from complete beginners dipping their toes in the water to experienced racers aiming for the podium.
Safety First: The club upholds national triathlon standards for insurance, safeguarding, and coach accreditation.
Communication: Parents receive regular updates on activities and progression opportunities.
Support: Our coaching team is fully qualified, insured, and passionate about helping every junior reach their potential.
TriStart (8–10 years): Introduction to skills—play-based to build confidence.
TriStar 1–3 (9–14 years): Increasing intensity and focus on technique while maintaining fun.
Youth & Junior (15–18 years): Advanced skills, race tactics, and structured training
TriStar 1 (Ages 9-10) Swim: 150–200m | Cycle: 2–4km | Run: 1.2km
TriStar 2 (Ages 11-12) Swim: 200–300m | Cycle: 4–6km | Run: 1.8km
TriStar 3 (Ages 13-14) Swim: 300-400m | Cycle: 6–8km | Run: 2.4km
Youth & Junior (15-18)Distances increase significantly, introducing Super Series events.
🏊 Swim: Costume/Trunks, Goggles, Towel.
🚴 Bike: A working bike (any type!) and a Helmet (Mandatory).
🏃 Run: A pair of comfortable trainers.
💧 Other: Water bottle and warm clothes for afterwards.
